Hello our park and loops been in now over 7 months as a part time employee ive been working 3 days 8 hour shifts=24 hours contract. at the beginning we got told that was it now 3 days so ive basically worked my life around this eg childcare . lately ive been informed with the repick the 24 hour staff are having i will be a spare meaning that i wont be on 3 days and i wont have set days off.
this leaves me in a big situation as i stated childcare and nursury fees with no set days £200+ per week.so i would have to give my job up. surley this cant be right and they cant do this? been there over 2 years .??
