Reasonable timescale for appeal?

Is there such a thing? Appealed against a one year serious on the day it was issued that was a month ago myself and my rep have heard absolutley nothing since.

How long is a piece of string?
The wording here is reasonable,what you call a reasonable time RM call it something else!
I believe that things are supposed to be concluded before 5 working days days have elapsed BUT can go on for longer if they are weighing up new evidence etc in other words ..bullshit to make people stew.
You could always stick in a grievance about how long it is taking as after all `the employer is under a duty to give employees an opportunity to have their grievances heard reasonably and promptly`(WA Goold(Parmark)V Mcconnell 1995)

Thnaks GM to be honest i think the longer its left the more it will work in my favour but hey -ho we shall see i simply want it put to bed.
