Revision of a revision.

After two years of planning in our office p&l was brought in eighteen months ago.Struggled through for twelve months, many cut offs, people rushing not using trolleys all the usual things when six months ago they tell us we are having a revision of the revision.This is now coming to it's conclusion and guess what NO CHANGES even with higher parcel counts they are saying it is indoor that is the problem.Has anybody else had this and is it just a stalling tactic to keep us quiet for a while.

In our office, they are trying to patch up a failed revision, but they have done an even worse job than before.

its actually quite simple to tell if the issue is indoors or outdoors, if your delivery span is say 4 hours 30, you should be able to work out what time you should be heading out the door to do 4hr30 of outdoor work, if you cant get out on time then its an indoor isssue, if you do get out on time and then cant complete its an outdoor issue, if you dont get out on time and say are 20 minutes late out and then 40 minutes(including that 20 min) late going over in total then its both an indoor and outdoor issue

Oh yea, decided twelve months ago they were going to test some of the walks that were cutting off,tested three walks all of them well over the allocated time.Ours came out at 5 hours 40 mins over by 1hour and 20 mins, since then nothing has changed they just say they shouldn't have done the tests in the first place.Where do we go from here?

lodge a stage 1 disagreement if they tested found an issue and did nothing

We are 3 yrs into our revision and guess what...we are now getting another one, same old problems walks over and never fixed people coming in early and prepping 2 trays in so when I on those delys I look a right tw*t cos I don't get out the door on time

Interesting if a delivery span is 4hrs 30mins ... especially if you're on a 24 hour contract
