ROYAL Mail is making some changes to the way it delivers in the HP16 postcode area.
New delivery methods and revised routes will be introduced from this week. The time customers receive mail will depend on where they live on the new route and Royal Mail may adjust delivery arrangements and times when mail volumes vary.
It will continue to deliver in the morning and for a longer period during the day, with many customers continuing to receive mail by lunchtime. The changes are due to fewer letters and more larger items being posted.
A Royal Mail spokesman said: “These changes will require a period of adjustment for staff. However, Royal Mail will be doing everything possible to maintain a high level of service.”
Royal Mail are writing to every address in the Great Missenden area. People can call for more information after they received a letter on 0845 601 1399 or textphone for the deaf and hard of hearing on 0845 600 0606.
