The job has ruined a lot of people's social lives and interests outside of Royal Mail because they have changed the hours . Guys who've been goin to football for years , not bought season tickets etc . Too knackered to do anything after work now . Well done moya in getting you're bonus of £500,000 you deserve more than that , I feel really happy for you!

lets hope everyone is now learning what a great agreement you was told to say yes to by our union.
the changing of times should never have happened and as for working longer on saturdays was a disgrace.
but how many staff would go back to the old times of working.

I would say only work to your time but you have got to have thick skin/don't care attitude to deal with the pressure from the managers every day. The people who come in early in our office are left alone the people who do the job as it was designed are harnessed and put under pressure everyday.

Bollox i like this way of working, i prefer rolling into work for 7am every morning than going back to the 5 starts years ago, if anything, im less tired now than then. Plus the non delivery of the dreaded sky mags, and now using trollies how can any1 say they are more tired? Surely the lack of and no weight on shoulder outweighs walking that extra half hour pulling a trolley. Its pure BS that any1 can complain of being more tired

I got out after 13 years....I use to dread going into work (especially 4 o'clock Saturday mornings)...started new job Monday. .everybody there are so laid back and chilled. .. Monday to Friday. ..there is life outside R/M..
