Is it possible to access our own royalmail.com email address outside of work? If so, how?

Yes and no. I send myself emails etc when required. Just use your RM email address.
You cannot check or read your emails though as they are on the intranet and not the world wide web.

I've never used it myself but you can do it by using webmail. I seem to remember receiving an email about it with a link in it.

If you have an Royal Mail issued laptop then you can use the Cisco VPN client to access all of your RM stuff (including Outlook) from home
