I have 30 hours contract, last yr I purchased 5 days Annual Leave.
So far, I estimate (by checking payslips) I have payed back (up to this week) approx £410 (so far) - My basic pay is 285 + 30 in supplements - SURELY, someones cocked-up and I,ve overpaid.
I,ve tried to find out how they make the calculation ,to no avail.
If this is wrong ,does anyone know how to contact payroll....?

You continue to pay for purchase of annual leave until you cancel it.
Since April you have been paying for this year's extra 5 days.

On Entry: Four and a half week's contractual holiday Percentage adjustment

Option 1: 5 Week's holidays 1%
Option 2: 6 Week's holiday 3%

Standard after 5 year's service

Option 3: 5 week's holidays 0.6%
Option 4: 6 week's holidays 2.6%

Standard after 15 year's service - five week 1 days'
holiday
Option 5: 6 week's holiday 1.6%

The Document title is called 'OPG POAL' and is stored on the HR Help Intranet

Ring HR. You could ask your manager but it would probably be easier to . When my leave entitlement changed it applied from the following April, whether or not it was right I don't know.
