going sick

going sick

Went in this morning and lasted till 11.30 before signing off. Im due to finish at 14.30 is this still counted as a full day?

No they didn't under the old system and won't under the new either - however it is recorded in case it becomes excessive. Thats if your back next day.

Not sure if it counts as a whole day though if you continue to be sick the next day, hopefully one of our Gurus on this can throw some light on that.

Wow the first time you have ever gone home sick in 25 years. :shock:
I've got over 15 years in and never done it. Felt like it plenty of times though, due to stress from 'managers'.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
