JUST HEARD ON BBC24 THAT CWU & RM TO TAKE PART IN TALKS TOMORROW AT THE TUC

FOR WHAT, SURELY NOT TO SUSPEND THE I/A AGAIN

DOES BILLY AND DAVE REALY THINK THEY CAN CHANGE RMS POSITION

SOMEHOW I DONT THINK SO, THEY HAVE ALREADY SAID THAT THE I/A STAYS UNTIL THE DISPUTE IS OVER REMEMBER THIS BILLY

Didn't the TUC say last time they talk with them, that the union has to accept RM proposals!
Correct me if i'm wrong plz

If the CWU call off the industrial action without withdrawal of the pensions proposals and the other strings they will have mass resignations on their hands and the national leadership may well face the boot at the next chance to vote.
In most units I have visited support for the strike is strong even at the cost of 4 days pay, most mermbers have been critical of the previous "period of calm" which only allowed RM to firm up their preparation for Executive action.

Prestwick Postie is right, we will have a vote on any agreement proposed, if you don't like it don't vote for it.
