sick policy - document/policy needed

Hi All.
I'm currently off sick with stress/anxiety and depression that is all work related.
My condition has got worse over the past 12 months to the point where I'm no longer able to even face going in to the D/O building.

What I want to know is just what is the company's sick pay policy/is there a company policy document?

I've searched through several posts now and I can find the Attendance Policy easily enough but no definitive policy or document on Sick pay or sick policy.
Any help with directing me to this document would be really appreciated. I'm worried sick about losing my job as a result of my period of absence and not being able to pay the bills if I get put on half pay.

You'll get 6 months full and 6 months half pay but it is accumulative so you need to check your previous sick absence.

I really hate it when people read things into posts and make their mind up on very little evidence.

They came on here looking for the policy document on sickness as they are in need clarification on certain things. Unfortunately despite a lot of effort by members of RMC its a document we have never been able to find.

Sitting at a keyboard trying to find information is a lot less stressful then going into work, we all know the culture at work so I would hope most would show sympathy.

I would hope most Union members believe the saying "A injury to one is an Injury to all", and I would hope most apply it to all situations not
just ones that fit their own pre-conceptions.
