Rest Week/Sick

I have been back at work one week following two weeks sick due to minor operation its my rest week next week.
DOM has told me i owe them 2 days as i have not earned my rest week in full
They want me to work 2 days next week
Does anybody know if this is right ?

they stopped doing that at least 3 years ago in our office

It will be noted that a day’s sick is a day’s sick and not 1.2 days’ sick,
which was being intimated in some areas

There is no need for any adjustment to attendances because of working days lost
to sickness

Dom talking bollocks.
If someone on the day off scheme is sick mon-sat they don't owe them a day back for their day off so....neither do you.

I presume the DOM is short staffed next week and sees this as a way of covering something.
Speak to the Rep ASAP.
