Please do not name any individuals on here,use their 'work title' or 'my/a colleague' ect instead.

That's the problem
We had the same at our office this morning!
had about 3 go sick today!
But who can say, whether they are genuine or not.
I don't think you should call them strike breakers!
strike breakers are members of a union, who go against the union, aren't they!

know what you're getting at. but if people are skint and dont feel they can afford to strike isn't it better they pulled a sickie than go into work ?

Some people who went on on the last strike are hoping people forgot they went in.However we have long memories.
One such person who i shall call untouchable is wondering why people are not talking to him.
He has not helped the situation by not doing the job properly.
like yesterday
in at 4.15am
throwing his walk out before 5am
bagged up and wheeling his coffin full of bags out to the car yesterday at 730am
2 make matters worst he is on my walk next week

my customers were sick of him last time, missorting, not even saying morning to any of them, walking around with his earphones on.

He had the nerve to sit in on a union meeting, when he is not in the union.
he walks around with this annoying smirk.........

know of 1 person who was moaning about losing 4 day's pay. was originally going to work but changed his mind at the last min and went off sick instead. at least he's not going to cross the line.

got one in our office...used to be manager and now just a postie but still see`s himself as part of the furniture....anyway does dom job from time to time to fill in and has conviently booked himself off for holiday over the 2 48hr strikes.........Sneaky twat.
Then you get the ones that still live at home with mummy and daddy at the age of 40 ish and say they cant afford to go on strike...huh......

kick all strike breakers out of the union,striking is not an option it is mandatory,anyone not on strike is a free loader,we all have bills to pay,i am looking forward to beans on toast for christmas dinner,should be nice served with a sprig of holly.
