Summer bonus

Just want to ask when and if we will be getting our summer bonus.
Last year we got £100 and our Xmas bonus was raised to £200 from this December.
When we got the Summer bonus it was stated that this would be a yearly payment but cant remember if it said it would be £100 or £200 as part of our share scheme which we never got and it was also stated that it would be built into our next pay deal.
But seeing as there is no deal on the horizon will we still be getting it and when

The £100 bonus we got last year will be paid as part of the christmas bonus this year and in future years, so it will be £200 instead of £100

we haven't got a bonus this summer but with 400+ millions pounds profit we might get something but we can never be sure with Royal Mail. and then privisation sale we could get 1,500 pounds each but again we have to see what happens. so we could get 2 grand bonus with profit / privisation / christmas (200) combined this year. But don't spend the money yet.

It's highly unlikely we'll see any of that, but I suppose it gives the CWU a bit of bargaining power in relation to our pay claim.

We probably won't be able to sell the shares for at least two years, at which point the value of the shares will be anyone's guess.

The only part of that possible £2,000 that's guaranteed is the increased Christmas 'bonus' which in reality is part of our pay and re-numeration package anyway.

So prehaps there is negotaton asking for payout from colleague shares for this year if there is a U-Turn but I doubt it.
