But with a £400m target, it would shock none of us for it to be surpassed and bonuses aid to bosses. Now, if it were our bonus on the line.....

They can earn up to 12.5 per cent of their annual wage. So you are talking thousands.

so are the union still meeting with royal mail with talks on wages, is there a set date for the
next talks or is the union just waiting for the pretend ballot papers to come out to see what reaction
is from the members.
the wages disagreement should have been a ballot on its own.
