Should i report this?

I have to deliver to a sheltered/elderly accomadation home on my route and the last 2 times i have had a packet for one of the flats after knocking at the door and being told to come in the male resident was in full view on the toilet he did apologise and said that he couldnt get up so i just said will pop it on the sideboard and left. Im sure that its not intentional but i cant imagine he feels comfortable about it and quite honestly im nervous about delivering to that address now, sinc it doesnt appear to be intentional do i have to report it?

I would mention it to a female manager if you have one. It makes you feel uncomfortable so it should be addressed. The manager may be able to arrange a safe place for you to leave any more packets.

I used to have a female resident who got a lot of packages who would frequently shout that the door was unlocked and would be sat on the loo when I went in.
Once she even signed for something while sat there.
I figured if she was cool with it, so should I be.(though I never really was)

I never knew if her being on the loo was a fact of life at her age or whether she had some sort of disinhibition thing going on......

If your feeling uncomfortable about this , next time you have a packet and he calls doors open , open the door just enough to drop the packet inside without havig to enter the flat.
