COLLEAGUE SHARES

As a recent leaver on IHR, and in the light of the just released profits, how is the unions efforts to get us our dues going. Is it worth hanging on to my certificates as a former employee ?.Welcome any intelligent comments,many thanks :sad:

Intelligent comment: Keep them for information purposes - but I wouldn't expect a resolution soon. RM said they were worthless, there's not much wriggle room for the Union to play with there.

true blue terrier that is brilliant, tumble weeds... i laughed my backside off at that.. from what management have said they have no intention of paying any colleague share payment.... its a complete joke as many posties have worked hard, and management have just kicked them in the teeth, and laughing in their face, after saying the company was not making any profits... then bang massive profits... shameful.....

so where is the cwu lawyer report and findings into rms finances for the loss making quarter that sunk the colleague shares and declared the company worthless

They said it was worthless.
Which with a massive pension deficit, it was.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

They needed European permission for the government to take over that pension deficit.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

The pension deficit was there and unresolved in 2007 when the colleagueshares were launched and the projected value was £1.

The pension deficit was still there and unresolved in April 2010 when the shares were valued at £1.51.
The pension deficit was still there and unresolved in November 2011 when the shares were valued at £2.
The pension deficit was resolved and no longer a burden in June 2012 when the shares were valued at £Fuckall.

What peed everyone off was the fact guys who were leaving then all got over a grand each in colleague shares money !,,,then suddenly worth nothing ! We have not forgotten that , disgusting !
