Revision payments
I was transferred to a new office three years ago. My old office had just finished its revision when I was transferred and I therefore received the lump sum of approx £600. Anyway my new office is about to go through the revision, so will I get the lump sum again after its went through or is it one payment per employee and that's it ?

Re: Revision payments
also to be fair... its greed thinking you may, and asking about getting more payment. You should waive all payment if you recieve it, or atleast give it to charity as you have already had it...... my mate gave half of his to charity, he felt guilty taking it

Re: Revision payments
thats actually incorrect he shouldnt have got that extra payment, its actually in the agreement about transferees, he has been paid out twice by mistake, probably because his new DOM has messed up the paperworkcrammypostie1 wrote:yes, my mate went through full revision at his old office and got full payments, transfered to my office as a job came up.... and he came in as we recieved our 600... he got that.... and about 2 month ago he also got his last 200 from our office... hope this helps

This is confusing, so do you get it or not ? If its in an agreement can you provide a link or copy for this section of 'the' agreement ?

Why ? I don't understand why anyone should waive the payment; you would think that I found it in a bag on the street FFS.
I went through a revision, I got payed, if I go through another revision then why should I not get payed again ?

Re: Revision payments
Still trolling crammiepostie1 I see.
Ignore him Iva. I think the criteria is that you should be in post when the revision starts(or x amount of time prior to it), and still in post when the payment is due. Though I stand to be corrected. I do know someone in my area that does claim to have been paid for at least 4 revisions in 2 different offices, and is still due another. Ask you Rep for confirmation.

Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

Ha Ha, come on mate, get of your high horse, for all you know I might give the money to charity, but that would be because I wanted to do it, not because a saint like you insisted that I do it. Anyway it should be my choice what I do with my money, not your choice. So please, respectfully, keep your trap shut, if you have nothing sensible to say.

Re: Revision payments
Employees who move Office - Transformation Lump Sum Payments and Shorter Working Week
There are a number of situations that require clarification involving employees who transfer from one office to another.
On transfer, if the receiving office has already qualified for a lump sum payment and the transferee has not previously received payment from their old office, or has received a lower payment the lump sum or the difference will be paid.
On transfer, if the receiving office has not qualified for a lump sum payment, but the transferee has already received payment from their old office, the individual will not be due payment when the new office triggers the lump sum, unless the receiving office payment is greater.
If the transferee is already in receipt of the shorter working week from their old office, but the receiving office has not achieved the shorter working week, the transferee will only be expected to work the reduced hours at their new office.

Cheers Fishtank,
I was on a 28 hour contract at my old office, and after the revision in my new office I am on a 32 hour contract. So I should be due a payment since the lump sum at my new office is greater than what I received at my old office.
