royal mail gyms

Hello I believe Royal Mail have gyms if this right? if so how do you get on as a personal trainer or gym instructor ive worked for royal mail around three years went to university and did fitness managment wondering if i could do this at some point within royal mail??

Forget gyms we need in house healthcare stresses and strains, bunions, ingrown toenails, eyestrains shall l go on dog bites, bee stings,, ripped fingernails ,electric shocks from yorkee,papers cuts (d2d) have I forgotten anything, don't worry lads and lasses it just part of the job l forgotten one exhausted

they're not exactly run by RM. the people who run the gyms are from outside businesses. and it seems in some of them, there's actually only one member of staff with limited hours,
