Take home pay on delivery

Paying loads out of wages in schemes union extra pension etc whats will be take home for full time delivery if I stop all this extra payments ta

Depends on what you're paying out, what extra leave you're buying, how long you're in RM and what OT you do............you may as well ask 'how long is a piece of string?'

Its all listed on the New Pay chits.

POAL = Purchased Holiday
CWU Opt Out or CWU Opt In = Union Dues.
Pension Plan ? = Pension

Though don't forget you'll also loose the extra that the business put into your pension and its more than we pay in at the moment (IIRC), and any tax relief you may get on those pension payments.

on average for a week off, how much POAl are you guys paying per week? Ive nevr purchased POAL but i hear my mate pays £1.51 a week, wtf does that pay for lol 1 day off? lol

Well I pay just over a £10 to make it up to 6 weeks - based on that they are working a 6 hour week :crazy:

its done of % of GROSS wage

On Entry: Four and a half week's contractual holiday Percentage adjustment

Option 1: 5 Week's holidays 1%
Option 2: 6 Week's holiday 3%

Standard after 5 year's service

Option 3: 5 week's holidays 0.6%
Option 4: 6 week's holidays 2.6%

Standard after 15 year's service - five week 1 days' holiday
Option 5: 6 week's holiday 1.6%

£310, that's paying into pension and £1 a week to McMillan. I dropped out of the CWU after they screwed us over repeatedly with every deal in the last 10 years.

Not anymore captain.

Though I do pay a £1 a week for a dog off that and union fees £3 odd :Very Happy

I think I get paid extra as I'm special?

I may as well take my pension money and put it all on black after what I heard today at a branch meeting :shock:
