For those that have followed my B/H grievence case update

I finally had the meeting yesterday no notice given except 2hrs lucky i had bought my paperwork in

While my area CWU rep was a diamond not much could be said in regards to RM Management, it has taken 6 months in RM timescales
As some one pointed out how can a manager from nearby area conduct a grievence when he was in on it

The said manager who it was against just sat there saying it is my job ]

I was at least expecting a apology but nothing, no recumppence on how much money I have lost over it all in 2yrs

My cwu rep did say to them that the manager tried to use atos to force me out , but the manager who this was against just stayed quiet , never known him to be so quiet .

All the manager taking it said that they want to draw a line underneath it and start afresh ,but my stage 2 would be put back to nothing

Nothing was discussed on why the manager conducted himself in the way he did, and he blatantly lied when i bought up about what he said to me two weeks ago about not making 33yrs in the business and I had a witness to what he said

I will probably still get in contact with headquarters as I know they still want to hear from folksregarding these issues

The managers could not get me out of the office quick enough.

Was this a first meeting or an appeal meeting?

This was the second meeting ,

The case manager asked questions and what i wanted from the meeting , then a second meeting was set up for the manager and I who i had taken the grievence / b/H out against .

So I would think stage 1 . from the time the grievence has gone in it has taken 6 months for the first meeting to take place

I had the same problems and with appeal stage it went on for over a year. You should receive a written response from the case manager confirming the details of what was said at the meeting and his recommendations for how your grievance should be dealt with. At this stage, I totally disagreed with the findings of the case manager which bore little resemblance to the meeting. I wrote back to him highlighting the areas that he had chosen to ignore and to rectify some of the differences between the meeting and what he had written and to inform him that due to these anomalies I wished to proceed to appeal stage. You should have the same opportunity, and I would definitely highlight what your manager said to you and the fact this was witnessed, but disregarded within your meeting, and that because of this you feel that you are not valued within your workplace by your manager, consequences of which can be stress within your work and private life.
