How can you take lapse if you're not out on 'schedule' time

Problem is that although daily traffic may fall over the summer months... the number of addresses you go to could be as high or higher than a busier traffic day.. hence to be able to 'lapse', surely the savings need to be made indoors ie getting you out earlier to cover more ground...

If you dont have time then that's unlucky for RM. Shouldn't have lapsing anyway. Most people in our office dont bother with it. Downside is its the poor souls on the SA's that end up clearing it which is bit unfair.

Unfortunatly we are forced into SAs. If we dont do them they make them into afternoon duties and then we only get basic 5 hours. Sucks. None of us want them.

I know where you are coming from but not everyone can be so thick skinned. People who refuse can expect to be constantly prep tested, intimidated and bullied. Some will put you on their little s**t list and do their best to 'get you back' at any opportunity. The lazy attitude of the managers normally means they think getting rid of you is easier than dealing with the mail left.

It's not black and white and sadly everyone slips up eventually and when you do, they may just pounce.

If only NO involved just the words, in reality it rarely does.

there are about 150 walks in our office and this time of the year they are lapsing about 10-15 walks almost daily??...

isn't this the case elsewhere then??

We've had lapsing/absorbtion mentioned at our office. Lads with HCT's are questioning how they are supposed to get to a completely different area.

Quite simple really, if you get there and there's no time to deliver it, bring it back.
