In the box at the end for comments just write that your uniform is worn beyond repair and failure to provide new uniform will result in you doing your duty in your vest and pants..........again.

I've just tried the above password and its locked my account saying it was incorrect. Looks like I'll be ordering through my manager again.

I've tried put in pay number and then delivery but it says password not known. Any ideas ?
