So after been given a date for me to leave R/M (in 5 weeks)....I've got to sign a form to accept the offer. .in the meantime I will be getting the lump sum paid into my bank next week regardless. .and if i do wish to appeal I would have to pay it all back..I've got this feeling they are desperate for me to go :wave

Signed my forms and apart from a one line thank you for my years of service I had the same thought!
Desperate to cut down the numbers in the office before privatisation ?
