Get the Union involved and enter a disagreement. Its not guaranteed to sort it out but its your best chance.

Unfortunately, its not illegal for the new manager to do this as long as he follows the rules, however, its morally wrong and won't improve morale in your office, or get you helping him when he needs cover, I hope.

thats ok but my holidays are being deleted offf the computor after being authorised by DOM without informing me untill the new work sheets come out and wham bam no holiday.....oh and then we can take days owed when we retire..im laughing my head off not

Legally they are meant to give you the same amount of notice when cancelling a holiday as the length of the holiday itself.

That is if you have booked next week off, then they must inform you before Monday of THIS week. If the holiday is 3 days then they must give you 3 days notice of cancellation.

Also as to the take it when you retire comment - hit them with this

I think I would be ill on the week the holiday was meant to be on, and put in for new holidays

Personally, I think I'd just get the whole office to file a grievance each. See how they like that.
