We staged an unofficial some years ago....bag searches on a regular basis no drinks or eating during sorting

Worst case scenario you lose a bit of pay or if the manager is a fool he/she threatens to suspend and the rep volunteers to be the first.
The minute they suspend the rep everybody puts their jackets on and walks.

As far as I know everyone did their own duties after the sit in but would not do the lapsed duties.

I don't know if their traffic was above model week or if they have a rep.

I just wish I had been there to join in.

The last time we had an unofficial walk out must be more than ten years ago and that was over a suspension of a bloke who refused to cross the picket line at the MC - tbh I can't see that ever happening again and believe me there have been cases when it has been justified
