Yes we have been told to come in at the new times register our disaproval in the form of a letter and the union will form a I.T. case. Thats after already asking to see the new non existant contracts and the non existant agreements. Also handding in grevence forms and getting no reply. In the mean time. Wednesday my finish time will be 2.15pm my wife works from 1.30pm. Who the f*** is going to look after my two pre school kids that i would have looked after with my old finish time of 1pm. Nice one C.W.U a real f*** up. Is this really the way to keep an active membership. Clearing up after the event. We should be protecting our members to avoid these things happening. So i will carry on with the old times and f*** em all. I cant finish beyond 1pm and have never done so in the years i have worked for this shower of sh***s :lfo :cfo :lfo :cfo :lfo :cfo

No, most Companies can change your `Start Times` if they can prove its of benefit to their overall business requirements. As you know the Two Peo888 we have can prove anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not think the Union can fight this one, but we can !!!!! `Work` the correct way, this will soon get their attention.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
