Is My Dom trying to tell me something

Was having a discussion with my dom today(which is rare as Grievence was cancelled yet again last week against him)

Service came up in the conversation I said had done 24yrs and the dom said I have done 33 and you wont get that far

Now if I do make it to mid 60's 54 at the moment then I would get 33yrs in .

Is he trying to say because of the grievence, then he or the company he represents wants me out before that time ,

Even the guy i was with thought the same who heard it .

I would perceive that as a threat, bullying and harassment. I would ask if the guy who heard it would be willing to provide a witness statement for another grievance.
Though you would have to be careful, they may try and say you are bullying/harassing the manager as you have filed more than 1 grievance and they haven't been upheld. You can be disciplined for frivolous complaints. Not that I'm saying that's what you're doing.
Start a diary, if you haven't already, and jot everything down with times and dates.
Buy a Dictaphone, leave it in your pocket and record everything that is said during your time in the office, that way you can prove what was said, and disprove any claims that may be made against you. Though, RM would probably disallow the recordings as evidence, you may still be able to use them in an ET if it ever got that far.

Put a grievence in pronto. Get the guy who heard to back you up. If anything if they do want you out anyway then you will have to back yourself up anyway. Don't delay. Managers like this are utter dirt. Good luck.

I have only put in 1 grievence against this manager , I waited 2yrs and collated all information written and verbally along with help from Area CWU rep. RM are dragging the grievence out , I could have had the meeting cancelled (the first one under RM procedure's but I did not as I want to see what they have to say about it all.

In the next week I will go back to CWU headquaters and get them to deal with it indepentally like they have asked us to do
I was giving RM a chance to explain thereselves.
