Where to send the money?

After an AOD, I now need to pay "Clawback" to RM. I am unable to locate the past letter to find out who exactly I send the cheque to.
As I was on Sick Leave, apparently RM are entitled to be repaid this amount from any pay outs you later receive.
Does anyone know the correct Department/postal address that I need to send it to?

I got one a week ago just ignored it.Lets see if they take me to court for£295 they must be desparate.Still paying over payment of driving allowances another RM cock up something i did question when they took the Large van off me dom told me i was still entitled to .So 2 and a half years later after budgeting with this money they tell me i owe them£2800.00 so i verbally agreed to pay back £20.00 a month .Having be dismissed 3 years ago on two made up charges of "Wilful Delay"even if i had won Lottery they will still be w aiting and if they get arsey with me i will reduce it again muppets .

if you had a successful claim then your solicitors(presumably, you used simpson millar, the union appointed firm) should have paid royal mail any monies due to them from whoever you're claim was from. they did for me.

DAVEYEFF....No, they have asked me to pay it myself...hence I don't know which RM Dept. I lost the original letter, but it was at least 3 yrs ago.
Still trying to find out where to send it!

well in that case i would suggest looking at the info on the back of you're payslip. possibly human resources would be able to advise you. if you've been told to pay it then it must've been included in you're payout'. my solicitors (simpson millar) paid royal mail for me and i was sent a cheque for the rest of the claim.
