change of hours.
Do RM have to give any notice of a change in hours? A mate has told me that all the floaters in his office who were on 9 day fortnights have all been moved onto a 5 day week. Is this all above board or are RM doing as they like and shafting staff as usual.

The 28 days allows the Industrial Relations Framework to be worked through.
Has the Rep put in a disagreement?
Had the possibility of changing the duties been proposed some time ago?
