We want and you deserve s straightforward above inflation pay rise for at least 2 years commencing from 1st April 2013.

We want your support to stop the cycle of unachievable budget/performance that in too many locations make daily workload unbearable.

We want you to support the boycott of competitors mail.This will significantly raise the profile of unfair competition and how it will ultimately undermine the principle of the Universal Service.

We want you to support and engage in our campaign to stop the sale of Royal Mail.We are building a coalition of organisations to protect UK Postal Services and you will have an opportunity to take direct action in the near future.

We will carry out a consultative ballot soon to ask your support for these policies.Strong support in the consultative ballot will empower the union to take these policies forward in ongoing national talks with the company and in our wider campaign to stop privatisation and end once and for all,unfair competition.

After all the crap we've had to put up with from the leadership, this is what they send out..........I'd be surprised if people voted for any sort if IA. 3 years of BT2010 has broken most people, maybe it's time for the leadership to see this and do something about it instead of sending out e-mails, how about they come out to offices and take the abuse that they really deserve.

3- Not even the introduction of agreements for AG's or D2D's has so much upset been caused within deliveries
