i am very shore it goes on the test score, and not your age,
can any one get me this in writing please

Definately goes on age if you both started on the same day as i was in the same situation & asked the Area Rep.

Sorry but does that mean the younger or the older has seniority?

Well only you mentioned that I've never heard of it. Obviously you're the younger of the two but look on the bright side when he retires you'll be senior.
