Annual Leave
Sorry to start a new topic on Annual leave. I guess there has been more than a few on here. Does anyone have the official company policy on this? Its beyond a joke. Should you be forced to carry it over to the next holiday year?

And what what if you say no, I don't want to carry it over. After constantly being refused weeks. Do they have to pay you for it?

So if it's part of your statutory 28 days you can't,under any circumstances be paid for it.Way Forward Agreement wrote:In no circumstances may leave from the standard national entitlements be reduced, neither may un-taken leave or other time off in lieu be “sold” or converted into pay.
If it's purchased leave you could ask for a refund, seems a bit pointless though.
What you really need to do is take your rep in with you and put your foot down, give them something like 3 options, tell them to pick one or you'll pick one and that will be the end of it.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

I'm sure i've read thought if you left RM with 7 days holidays they have to pay you or do you just lose them?

In that case you don't actually leave until after your holidays have been paid.steven100 wrote:

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: Annual Leave
Just wondering how many days you had left after doing your leave pick or have you not done it? Is there not enough leave cover to cover all holidays in your office throught the year, if not perhaps your rep should be challenging DOM.david1983 wrote:Sorry to start a new topic on Annual leave.
