Hatred of P/L

I hate this P/L after 18 months .
Much preferred the old system where you was your own man . If you wanted to go fast you could or if you was a bit out of sorts you could take your time.
You carried on and didnt have to wait between loops which aren't loops.
You could do what D2D'S you fancied as long as you finished them by the end of the week.
You never had the DOM ask you where your partner was when he comes in late as though he's your best mate yer right
You get the blame when things go wrong when it not you thats thrown the walk off.
Give me a HCT anyday

Well if it is not working out for you it must be your own fault.That's what our dim recons (R,F) . still word has it he is on the move, look out Hove, tricky dicky might be coming your way

I've heard P/L is not possible at my office, and i hope it never happens, being on my own for most of the day is one of the things that attracted me to this job, but im sure RM will eventually try and find some way of putting it in place.

Why don't you try and transfer to an office that doesn't do P/L, though that will probably be impossible.

Say you have a DO that has capacity for 3 vans 4 at a squeeze and there is no parking outside, how will P/L fit in that scenario, one size doesn't fits all if you ask me.

my office is mainly rural deliveries. There are only two PandL duties in the whole office, out of maybe 40 duties, the others are all either one postie on foot alone (about 3 walks) and the rest are all single van rural deliveries. Just not suitable for PandL...
