bank holiday pay on 25 hr contract-advice please

I'm on a 25 hr contract and have been told that i wont bepaid bank holiday as it was my day off(not on rota it wasn't) been averaging 30 hours plus for six months-any advice appreciated cheers

So have you been getting paid the extra 5 hours delivery supplement that youre entitled to or as the dim not told you you should get the extra ?

Thats built into the over time rate that ptimers get paid up until it reaches 39 hours at that point a part timer and full timers delivery supplement is the same
