Well today was my last day at work
After 10 years service and an on going problem with my foot i have taken ihr
was sad to say goodbye to all my mates we had some good laughs over the years, but won't be missing the shed loads they gave us
good luck everyone for the future i'll be thinking of you all and popping in from time to time to see what's changing again

Usually around 1 months pay for every year of service. Although this can vary.

No...
IHR without immediate payment of Pension, is fixed at 34 weeks pay, plus between 9-12 weeks notice and outstanding leave which is subject to Tax/NI

Lucky bugger. just lookforward to a better life and better health , all the old guys that left our place are much happier and fitter now . I never think about the job when im off and feel great. Good luck.
