Nice to know that our beloved leader, Moya Greene did her bit in cutting costs. In 2012, her total "Directors' Emoluments" added up to a measly £1,107,000. Some poor Executive called Mark Higson - anyone ever heard of him? I haven't - had to get by on a poxy £887,000 a year. Mind you, the year before, he was almost on the breadline, earning a paltry £686,000.
How on earth do these people mange to get by on such dreadful salaries? I mean Moya has to manage on just under £100 grand a month.
By the way, who IS Mark Higson & what does he actually do?

The real invisible man of Royal Mail is Donald Brydon...the Chairman.
Nobody is really sure what he looks like or if he even exists.

There should be a 250,000 pounds limit for top directors jobs in Royal Mail and a bonus scheme shared equally to all staff.

I bet if you had me and maybe 6 other post delivery person (with experience and intelligent) work together in top of Royal Mail, we will do the job a lot better and more cheaply.

But that's why it would never happen. You have the wrong attitude. They are intentionally doing a bad job, and as with everything in this country, the worse you are at what you do, especially the closer you get to the top, the more you get paid. His the guy who said that 2012 had been a good year as they had managed to close 40 mail centers or something
