Testing performance....
What can a manager do to test your performance? I'm quite happy for them to test me at any point (as I know I do the job properly and I do it well) but I'd like to know EXACTLY what and how they can test me. Any links to literature to back this up would be much appreciated

No this is not true, IWT is an office based performance tool , NOT to be confused with Individual performance, Try the 1 minute performance test, or
