Excess D2D's being reposted
Managers in our office are going round telling us any excess d2d's on our frames will now have to be delivered, even if it means delivering them to the same addresses twice. Surely this is not right and amounts to fiddling some figures?

If every office did this then I don't see how it would be allowed to continue, the managers would be asked why they are doing this.

We're not only being asked to deliver our excess D2D's(where it's obvious they haven't been counted properly by the distributers) but also any D2D's that have been found dumped.
We were told last year that any left over/or dumped D2D's were returned and the customers were compensated for those not delivered. Obviously they shouldn't be compensated if they were not counted correctly (and this matter should be dealt with by management) but they should be entitled to compensation for the dumped ones. We are now being told told the dumped D2D's are to be distributed amongst the deliveries so they don't have to send any back(and therfore not pay any compesation). This is surely 'fraud'.
If a manger asks me to deliver some of the dumped D2D's can I say 'no' as I don't want to be a part of this fraud?
We were also told last year that dumping D2D's could carry a prison sentence. Therefore isn't this 'dumping' D2D's through peoples letterbox's where the customer hasn't asked them to go. Who goes to prison, the postman, the manager for telling the postman or someone higher up the chain of command, possibly Moya if she's aware of this and does nothing to stop it?
