Main Points

1. No Thatcher threads have been deleted - they have been moved to the canteen and merged in one.
2. Please do not start any more thatcher threads - add it onto the super thread in Canteen.

The Reasons

1. Its doesn't quality as NEWS for posties/RM so Canteen is the best fit.
2. Its less messy and less work for me.
