Hey i'm new to RM
A bit confused about what period our pay covers? Will probably ask next time i'm in, but as i'm impatient today I thought i'd ask here
I get my pay slip in the post on thursday(today), and it is normally in my account by thursday/friday. Is this covering monday-saturday of the previous week? or some of the current week aswell?
Also when does overtime get added, a week late?

Mon-Sat of the current week.
Yes this does mean they pay you in advance for fri,sat.
Overtime is a week in arrears.
