Mail Centre question regarding walksorted

Today when I came in there was only one tray of walksorted out of 3 for my frame .
Waited till 2nd lot of IPS and we got called up . After about 10 minutes someone called me over and found my walksorted mail had come in an unmarked tray with the manual.
Why does this happen its not the 1st time and we get walksorted trays in with wrong stickers on as well, its always on a monday or after a holiday?

Probably because the operators that sequence the mail on Sunday for the Monday delivery only work on the machines once a week, so they might make more mistakes than someone that does it 5 nights a week. Shouldn't see why though it isn't that difficult putting the correct label in

probably the label fell out at some point, the labels fall out of the slots in some boxes quite easily

thats one reason but you would be surprised how many trays i seg that have the wrong/no label in them and these are direct from processing.
