Hi I just want to find out if I go on holiday to
A different country and fall sick on holiday
Will I still get paid off sick from work if I'm not
In the uk

Because I've had an accident while on holiday
And airline won't let me travel back to uk

Yes you will still be paid.
At the earliest opportunity you should inform your manager of your illness/injury which will give you the choice of moving from annual leave onto sick absence if you wish.
This will enable you to retain your annual leave for a later date.
Keep in reasonably regular contact with your manager.
Keep any medical evidence especially doctor's notes for your return to work.
