Revision Bonus

Hi chaps, we've just had a revision and had the bonus / blackmail payment. I was just wondering what happens if you leave or transfer etc. - is there a time period where they can take it off you?

As far as I am aware the revision lump sums are paid to those at the qualifying office on the qualifying date, and that they are the only provisions.

Yes 3 in total under the BT2010 agreement.

Delivery

Applicable to all Delivery Units including SPDO’s.

Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.

SPDOs

All SPDOs will receive the £600 and £200 payments in line with their parent delivery unit.

Shorter Working Week
To be implemented in all Delivery Units in line with the Walk Sequencing revision.

I am on 24 hour permanent contract. Will I see any type of payment?

Why are we not getting the other £200 one?

Depends if your unit has had the qualifying revisions or not. If not and they get a revision then you'll get each bonus pro-rata (24/39 roughly although overtime can affect it to the better IIRC)

Because its another type of revision that is the qualifier.

Yes, No, Maybe - the Revision Bonuses are paid out at different times in different offices so that £600 may have been a revision bonus.

They are probably correct - it all depends if you were in post on the official date the revision was put in.
