used to have staff come in to do sorting and prep the walks but as saturdays are like a normal day due to revision
(but it was a good deal) the work of friday and saturday will be pumped out as we now have longer to deliver on a saturday, this will be our first year at easter delivieries and atleast more staff get the saturday off.
thats a point i am working this saturday can not wait!.

Bank holiday option b payments are around £17 - 18 per hour I will get the exact price up here on Tuesday! How do I know?? Well I process the overtime payments in my office

i worked easter mon last year and i was paid only slightly more than my normal rate , i am definitly not working again on bank holiday. my dom said that was going rate!!

Please check if you are doing overtime on a bank hol that your overtime is entered either bank holiday option A or option b

So any OPG who was not due to work this Friday, regardless of their post delivery methods revision shift pattern, should get a bank holiday credit day added to their annual leave tally?

Does it make a difference if an OPG works 39/30/22.5 hours?

I'm still not entirely sure that I have been given a BH credit from Boxing Day 2012, when it was a scheduled day off anyway, the same applies to a colleague who is on a different hours contract than me.

Another shambolic grey area that I'm not aware of being clarified in black and white since P&L, where employment law says says one thing and RM contracts have not been formally changed (including notifying affected individuals, like 22.5 hour PT that went from 4.5hr 5-day weeks to 7.5hr 3-day weeks).

If you are on holiday, or your day off falls on the bank holiday( and any other bank holiday) you should be getting a compensatory day credited to your annual leave
