It's awkward at this point,
As this relates to my colleague.
But sadly its true. And I am shocked.
The level of support received has been poor at best.
I dont understand Why any rep would want to be a management lap dog.
I have been part of this union for many years,
And always support the reps when people slag them off
For one thing or another,
Not this time though...
You should step down mr union rep,
Hang your head in shame.

Can't say I'm surprised.
The relationship between the CWU and Royal Mail bosses at the highest level, is too damn cosy for my liking, and sooner or later, is bound to filter through to the shop floor.

in all walks of life you will get what you percieve are good or bad people. some reps use the cwu for an easy ride for themselves. its up to the membership to remove them, but being a rep is a thankless task, and if you do everything by the book and with the best intentions, some will still believe you a to##er. if your true to yourself and follow your beliefs you can do no more.
