They are paid to Manage,Not Bully and harass,Or do they get bonus payments for that?
Getting really Tedious now,I wonder if they actually try to goad people into belting them so they can give them the sack?

It's not just the managers now, we have a PHG in charge of us, because we are that small, he had a go at a couple of blokes chatting while prepping today, and told them he wouldn't pay the O/T if they got back late, these two, are always chatting and larking around, and very rarely book O/T even on busy days, the one told him to shove it.
Turns out the PHG has just moved in with the G/F and she is already moaning at him for not finishing after his eight hours and having to do the extra hours a day he does at SA rate, and of course he gets a leadership allowance on top, which amounts to about £100 a week more that the regular posties.

Can anyone tell me what the manager actually do and allow to do and can't do.
Just to give me an idea on pressure. Let say an office of 40 walks on his own.
Just want to know what happens if he can't cover for all the walk
Can the manager choose time/day off if he organise the rota.
Can the manager pay overtime to cover a walk after work to himself he do two afternoon a week to keep in shape.
What happens if manager overspend budget to pay for overtime ?
Just want to know why some managers are very stressed and have lot of pressure.
Could the manager work to his time and go home.
What are the perks of the job ?
Why they are obsessed with absorbing ?
