At what Point do you fill your Vans?

Hi Guys, at what point do you fill your vans? I know the best day and ideal day would be Tuesdays but at what time? The garage is 5 minutes away from my office so I asked the manager this morning at 7 30 can I fill it now he replied "No fill it when your duty starts" it started at 6 30 so he was basically saying fill it when your out there, then I get caught in the traffic and the school run surely he can give me 5/7 mins to fill it at 7 to 7 30am makes sense. What time does the rest of you fill it???

Usually when the light starts flashing

and then it's at the nearest filling station that I'm at when it's needed.

In our office it is the normal practice to leave the van virtually empty the day before the rest day cover takes over the duty.

A floater in my office got so p***ed off at walk holders doing that leaving the van empty till he was on so now he brings it to the garage puts £5 in to do him for the day and has the last laugh.

The guy who uses my van on the 3pm collection fills it up for me.
He's a good guy,sometimes I leave him half a Kit Kat in the glove box.

We have own pump at the office, so I filled the van every Friday whether it needed it or not.

you fill up weekly im on rural 84 miles and fill up 3 times a week

I do 25 miles a day..........fill up every 4 weeks
