Annual Leave start/end dates

Sorry if this is already stated somewhere but I'm on my phone and need an answer rather quickly.

When does the current holiday year 2012/2013 end ?

When does 2013/2014 start ?

End of March it finishes(2012/2013 )beginning of April it starts (2013/2014)

On the current year next week 25th is blocked out, so this week appears to be the last book able week.

W/C 25th appears on next years leave sheet but my office is now stating it comes out of this years entitlement and should have been booked last year ???

If it was this years entitlement then why didn't it appear on this years leave sheet ??

W/c 25th March is the last week of this years leave.
Mon 1st April is the start of 2013/14 Leave.

end of this years leave is 25/03/2013 - first week of next years leave is 01/04/2013

This year as far as financial and holidays go is a 53 week year - which is where the confusion has arisen from as the old manpower plan used a standard 52 week year

so 25/03/2013 is week 53 of 2012/2013
