THE GHOST OF 2010
It has been three years since the 2010 and beyond agreement it has been hard times for many of us all and for some still yet to come while their was some bit's that were good for most it has been a disappointment for the many of us all!. It is with some regret that bullying and harassment has gone through the roof yet our union H/Q still do nothing the reps know about it even the union H/Q know about it why in the name of god is this allowed to go on?. I sense a turning point their is three fronts coming up on us all PRIVATISATION our PAYRISE and the work we all do for a fair days pay BULLYING all these issues need to be addressed if not one can see bleak times ahead for all. For we have endured enough now is the time to STRIKE BACK.

Good question, would be nice to know. On second thoughts the union have probably negotiated a paycut (purely for our benefit like the D2D fiasco) so perhaps it's best just to keep quiet!

Anyway this topic is more than pay it is about what ROYALMAIL will try to eke out of us all once and beyond 2013 we all need to broaden our minds to this it is not what you get paid for it is what you have to do for it in the end that counts is it not?.

It's frustrating a lot of people ESP in my office think of themselves only , coming in early some even two hours early ,cars ,working day off every week,etc etc , are thy that stupid not to realise that all this is killing us all big time? So fckin frustrating to stand back and see .
