How do you lot manage to find the energy for the rest of the day when you finish work? I feel like going straight back to bed some days. coffee helps a little.

I sometimes have a power nap, getting old I guess
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Do some interval training to build up your stamina.
Make sure you drink enough to avoid dehydration.
And don't eat too much.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I've never understood what a power nap is?
I've tried to have one but I just end up falling asleep.
Am I doing it wrong,is there some way I can get the power into my nap.
I feel like I'm missing out on something.

Somedays I am fine and have loads of energy left till bed.

However in the winter i struggle and normally have a 30-45 mins sit down when i get in. I set the timer on my phone as i often drop off. :chuckle :whistle
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Personally, I don't exert myself at work, so I avoid the problem entirely. :Very Happy
